Being a merchandiser at Wonderful World  means being gifted with the art of ensuring products  appear not only  in a manner that is appealing  to the eyes and hearts of customers, but evaluating  where, when and how to present merchandise.

Our Sales staff span from the girls in our jewellery sections , our bra fit specialist  to our Cosmetic Beauty Advisors.  Our Customer Service Staff (Sales Staff ) are driven by their passion  to assist customers  in attaining the items they truly desire.

Our Management team members are entrusted  with the responsibility of upholding  our mission of sustaining a remarkable imprint  in the hearts of women , through the creation of a culture of service. Not only  through customer service  but also  through floor layouts,  inventory management, merchandise placement  and motivation and management of our sales associates.

Our Warehouse team, though it may be backhouse, plays and integral role in the Customer relations of Wonderful World. Ensuring that branches are always adequately stocked so that every customer desire is met.

Our Human Resource team is coined with the responsibility  of recruiting high performance candidates, supporting management  in the coaching of staff, performance management, training and development and addressing performance issues.

Operations is responsible for  driving Company profitability and enforcement of Company Policy and procedures. This also includes  Management  of budgets and expenses  and branch planning and distribution.
